I ride my motorcycle around Ontario and the wind mills are in the brake mode more than in make power mode 90% of the time. 1-5 of 30 of them are actually spinning even when the wind is blowing, they are literally rotting away not used. They simply don't work on large scale, I have my own and solar at best I get 20% 0f my needs. Cost to build a bigger system never = ROI.
Concepts that sound "good" but fail to have any substance. Kinda like "double speak" which is typical of political deception…
Ive always assumed the when a politician, of any stripe, uses a phase like net zero, substantially, carbon pollution, climate change “emergency” they are just deseminating gobbly goop Orwellian new speak. Pierre and Danielle, my people, please stop doing this. Be true to the real science and also some inevitable and unalterable consequences of 8.5 B humans on this planet. I don’t accept any cruel draconian mandates that at best, will only kick the can down the road another half generation.
It could mean no useless eaters. Depopulation and the few yhat will be allowed to live will own nothing and be forced to act happy while munching on bugs and peddling on their bicycle in their 15 minute city.
Seems the Rights Charter has become the Left's Charter. Net Zero means Zero Freedoms to Trudeau and Co.
They don't mean carbon, they mean net zero people.
These Politicians best start remembering they SUPPORT THEIR CONSTITUENTS. Not whatever fad or flavor of the day is!!!
