Heavy rains in Bolivia have caused the Huayñajahuira River to overflow, flooding streets in the capital, La Paz, near Costanera Avenue. Video shows water overflowing from the river and partially destroying an overpass and cars on the street. The country has been experiencing record-breaking rainfall since February. Eight out of ten reservoirs supplying water to La Paz and El Alto are overflowing for the first time in years.
