Nationals leader David Littleproud says renewables “will play a role” in the Coalition’s net zero plan.
Opposition leader Peter Dutton announced the Coalition’s nuclear plan last week.
“We will make sure that we responsibly look at all the options,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell.
“Renewables will play a role; gas will have to play a role … so too with coal and nuclear being in a transition phase.”
