Manila streets turned into rivers by Typhoon Gaemi | AFP #shorts

Relentless rain has triggered floods in Manila and landslides in mountainous regions, as Typhoon Gaemi intensifies the monsoon season in the Philippines. Rescuers have been deployed in the capital to evacuate people from low-lying homes, after downpours turned streets into rivers. Taiwan has also closed schools and declared a typhoon holiday as Gaemi barrels towards the island.
