Over 300 climate adaptation projects have been created in Denmark’s capital to protect the city from floods and extreme weather.
In 2011, Copenhagen was hit by a major flood, leaving the capital knee-deep in water and causing widespread damage.
The projects include underground tunnels, to carry away rainfall, as well as the creation of new green spaces.

thank you, we can prevent these phenomena like cyclone by using this hot seasonal atmospheric condition, recent years in summer geothermal energy happen in surface of coastline, there are many countries in coastline with seasonal hot weather and water condition by using this energy not only is economic but also it reduce global warming like Japan, China, Mediterranean countries, Iran, Mexico, Us, Canada, (Africa and Arabian countries….) that I mentioned in my profile.

Seeing that the state only wants to use the fifth dimension for its power purposes, I propose THE Star way Project as explained on my Facebook. Because feasibility studies have shown it is possible to build a over 100 km high pyramid structure with a magnetic catapult system (Railgun) to shoot just about everything and very fast into space. But the problem is that the world would have to work together on such a project. This would mean we could build cheap space stations live on the moon, Mars or do terraforming. But if the Chinese could build such a project alone. They could hold the whole world for $$$$$$$$$

Climate Change has become a global survival issue now. Since it is a global issue, it needs to be addressed at global scale.
Moreover, instead of wasting costly resources in wars and related wasteful activities, which are due to false ego, greed and undue fear of security among nations, it will be prudent to utilize these resources in mitigating global warming, which is causing climate change. The unprecedented rains, floods, land slides, etc. are due to climate change. These calamities are causing untold sufferings to all the living beings globally and they will not spare any one in the near future. Therefore, governments of all the nations must have to act fast to avert climate change, before it is too late.
The innovator of Carbon-sink plant reitrates that if these plants are installed globally at coal/fossil-fuel fired power plants and industries, they will effecrively prevent discharge of colossal amount of CO2, which is one of the major causes of global warming, while wars will further enhance the pace of global warming. Hence, in order to ensure survival living beings, wars must be stopped immediately.
The Carbon-sink plants can fix SOx and capture CO2 in very large amounts from flue-gases of the above said industries. An integrated Stripping plant will release the captured CO2. The released CO2 can be utilized to produce Ethanol, Methanol, Urea, salts, CO2 hydrates etc.
Thus, Carbon-sink plants can effectivly mitigate global warming, but these plants cannot be installed without consudered involvement of governments of developed and developing nations, because these are very costly plants. Moreover, when there is an issue of survival, the cost and all other issues become insignificant.
Therefore, the innovator of Carbon-sink pant is seeking an urgent response and support of the heads of governments of the above said nations, before it is too late.

Yes, remember 2011 – in Denmark there is a lot that are based in the basements of a building. And those shops were flooded. And I had throw must of the stuff that I had stored in the basement of my appartement. Fun fact: the park that is converted into a reservoir is quite close to the Carlsberg Brewery 😉

This might be a bit random, but I have been wondering for some time what impact Russias war have on CO2 emissions. They certainly burn a lot of gasoline / diesel fuel, and if I remember correctly explosives burn O2 and contribute with CO2. I better check up on that actually. Greetings from Denmark
