Just a comment about the bullying report not being released…. UK employment laws do not allow the public release of these reports. The Palace has to abide by those laws. Neil Sean is reporting that allegedly some staffers are asking to be released from their NDA's to be able to speak publicly about their experiences.

And then there is the infamous Sussex Squad, a group of Harry & Meghan "fans" who frequently make threats against the life of William, Catherine and their children, and pursue vendettas against YouTubers alleging all sorts of nastiness. I’m sorry. I have a 7 year old. She doesn’t have an iPad by intention and she watches YouTube on the tv where dad and I can see what she is watching. We have seen the mindless scrolling from there and have limited the app. She knows is she’s going to watch tv she will do so with intention. They are just bad parents if they can’t get the iPad away from their kids.

The people that spoke in their favor might be getting paid by them, but the people that spoke against them ARE working for the royals. Ashley Hansen is probably the one who outed Smegs in the Hollywood Reporter which is why she's the next in line to leave their employ. The only thing Smegs has been successful at is repelling the public.
