This is a really serious issue and the powers that be need to get on with it. I lived not far from the state of Arizona when I was living in the US. Enlightened people were talking about the fizzures and related issues then. And that was 9 years ago.

I cannot see through the ground. The earth tips from June 21 at. To December 21 at. Summer to winter. The well in my front yard. Changes. Depending what time of year it is. Gravity plays a big part in this aquifer January First this water is to the top of the well. Only 9 foot deep. By the time. June 21st gets her the well will drop. In September , November, December. This well goes dry. The earth changes is position and gravity. Pulls this water away. And to this. Area. Farmers along the Wabash river pump water from theses aquafers. Yes God is in control of our lives. And the earth Some wells are. 1000 feet deep. But. To see your problem. I would have to do a walk through with you. The cracks are from earth quakes. Correct. Come live in. Southern Indiana. And compare your theory on what is happening. It is interesting. Very interesting.

Keep up the industrial monoculture to ensure more and climate refugees. And the human-induced climate change/crisis is primarily caused by industrial agriculture and industrial activities like mining, iron and steel, cement, internal combustion engines, so on and so forth.
The deserts and many dry areas are being reforested. This could work in AZ.

If there’s limited water but abundant building materials, use indoor vertical aquaponics agriculture that uses less water. Of course farming is not going to be efficient out there in the desert!

Irrigation using fossil water needs to be a LOT more expensive.
Wait till we suffer for thousands of years from 5 years of fracking. All those toxic chemicals injected into the underground aquifer that is interconnected by under ground rivers in the Northeast.
