They had this same program in LA, CA! I went to a orientation! In order to qualify for the program you had to agree to volunteer your time to participate for the program itself! I ended up finding a realtor who helped me out finding my first home. Now, I do not know the program structure there, and I would encourage you to research the program qualifications before you agree to go through this housing process! The NACA program process just wasn't for me!

NACA is a good program to go through. I got lots of clients to go through them when I was a full time realtor. Fha loans and check your local county as well for first time homebuyer programs!

You are absolutely right about immigration my hairdresser last year became a US citizen owns her shop with employees who are in the process of getting their getting their citizenship. She recently had a baby and guess what that baby is swinging in that rocker while she is pressing my hair, and improving her English and going to school.

You're right I'm currently on the family self sufficiency program to buy a home with my voucher. The requirements are 540 credit score and you have to save $4000 for closing and inspection cost. I don't want these new builds they are trash I will go for a older house.
