What a pathetic attempt at begging for money. If they really cared for the animals, they'd release them back into the wild to feed and fend for themselves. I'm thinking between Colfax and 14th, and Lincoln and Grant would be great.
The facilities at that zoo are now very good. Could be a factor in the poor comfort of the animals ya know… Most exhibits are smaller than my yard.
Zoos are inhumane in general. Kinda hard to claim the high ground when your job is to keep an African lion in a Denver prison so homo sapient has something to do on the weekends. Liberal compassion.
