  1. This is just flat wrong.. Thieves they should not have jurisdiction over your private property. Shall not infringe on life liberty and property How is this constitutional .

  2. I’m in Central Texas. In the 50s they built a lake that took my great grandfather’s land. Some is under water. But some of it is in the local state park. It’s now where the park headquarters and the park ranger residence is located. It has never been under water. If you wanted to get my Dad or Uncles riled all you had to do was mention that to them.

  3. This is so frustrating and infuriating and we dont even live in Texas! Thank you, Trinity, for your excellent reporting of these rural america issues and bringing awareness. God Bless us all!

  4. Well, I can see after this is done that they’re gonna be building three and $4 million homes around the lake for the rich. because everybody who’s living on the water in Florida is getting tired of the hurricanes so we’re else to move into the middle of the country with a bigger lake around it so they can have fun, and won’t have to worry about hurricanes, this reminds me of a movie I saw called the “pelicans brief” which is based on a true story. (it was based on oil on state property ). !!!!!!!!!WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

  5. If anyone is interested in helping up protest against this. We discovered there is a meeting oct 30 at 1pm. Location is the Region 8 Education Service Center
    4845 US 271 North
    Pittsburg TX 75686

  6. ————————————- " Well know you know how Washington plans to keep Washington Politics financed! " ———— still think your government is for the people????? ————

  7. 30by2030 (30×30) and 50 by 50 (50×50) UN land thievery. Govt (One World Governance) control of ALL land, ALL water, ALL resources, all minerals, all animals, and all people to cities. No private land owners nor farms. No natural foods if any at all.

  8. I have been thinking about the situation. I do not know the laws there as here in Florida. When I had to address a situation to get it resolved when there was no way to address it, then is the time to address each person and their surety bond. If they loose that, they cannot hold office!

  9. I hate the idea that they will take the property from them and then the people can buy some of the land back at a much higher price! That is forced and corruption. RICO case, has to be!

  10. My science is rusty but I don’t recall that water is good for the air but trees and plants are. If THEY are so concerned with the environment then why kill the plants?

  11. Just south of Dallas/FtWorth the government owns 145,000 acres in kileen at a military base. 95% of this land isn't even used. Why not use this land the government already owns?

  12. I learned a long time ago, you don’t actually OWN land in America or anywhere else! The government owns it. You just get to use it within certain guidelines. Stop paying taxes on it or misuse it outside of those guidelines and you won’t be there! Ask Native Americans if you own it. Doesn’t matter how many family members have died fighting for this country, if they want it they will take it!

  13. One community or several cities have NO right or the authority to take/grab/steal/confiscate another community's lands.
Dallas and Fort Worth and surrounding areas have grown, increased in population and urban concrete. The sprawling is like a cancerous growth. It is so tremendous that it is nauseating. These rural communities, ranches, farmlands, woodlands have been there for many many generations (centuries). They were there long before all of the newcomers/invaders/tumbleweeds/outsiders moved in, uninvited and unwanted. Yet they (the invaders) think that everything is about them and their lives. They are so so important. The reality is that that was their choice. So lay in the bed that you made. Don't be stealing other people's lives, life styles, security, peace of mind, occupations, livestock and turf.
If these mega cities can't handle the population growth and provide them safety, clean air, water, soil, elbow room and harmony; then there should be a LIMIT to the size of a City.
It is my OPINION and Experience, being a Native Houstonian, that LIMITS are needed. Over the "reasonable capacity" is INsanity. It is unhealthy, unsafe, chaotic, unnatural, poor air quality (less oxygen, more pollution). The EMFs are life threatening. The roads and infrastructure cannot keep pace.
That's on them. They chose to invade.
I, personally, left for sanity reasons. It is NOT fair nor is it just. We did not get to vote on the takeover of our city. Certain people profit at your loss. A whole lot of people that don't live there or are not even from there get rich, which makes it worse.
I compare the population size 'Limitation' to a building's holding capacity. If a building has too many people (whatever the legalities), the Fire Department will shut it down. There is a safety and a legal holding capacity. They go hand-in-hand. Same theory.
So the overgrowth and over popula- tion problems that Dallas and Fort Worth are now dealing with are Their problems. They are the faults of the planners and the developers. Sue them for endangering the health, safety and well-being of the citizens that in-
habit these over- grown metropo- lises. Don't punish and force these unrelated com- munities and land owners to suffer and pay for your lack of foresight and poor judge-
ment. Lack of Wisdom, selfish- ness and greed are the prevailing atro- cities, the common denominators.
    When will societies learn??
