Lydia Thorpe is a rabble rouser. She protests as much as possible in the most obnoxious way she can. I don't disagree with some of the stuff she believes but at the end of the day she never accomplishes anything. She got booted out of The Greens, our left wing party, for being too radical. When she looks back at her political career will she have actually accomplished anything for indigenous rights or the working class in practical terms? As in any legislation that actually helps people? Or just a reel of her "sticking it to the man" to feel good about herself.

Just so everyone knows, about the first story, no one likes her. If they do like her theyre one of those people that no one else likes. She doesnt represent anything other than her own greed. Shes not a good person at all. And what she said is ridiculous. The aboriginals here have been brain washed over the last 30 years to believe they were prospering and rich people before the english came. They wernt. It was pretty much just a giant version of the sentinal island. There was horrendous stuff done to them for sure but even those stories dont get told as much these days. Most aboriginals dont go on about "we want our land back" because what does that even mean? Every single person in Australia that doesnt have aboriginal dna has to just leave? Or we have to pay to live here? The only ones that go on about it are the true racist ones. They hate anyone with white skin with every fibre of their body and they cant see past that hatred and move on.
Canadian here, I wish we would get rid of common wealth country status, let’s just get rid of it already. I generally don’t understand why we are still subjects of the royals. Even if it’s “ceremonial” position we still pay millions in taxes to them, and we don’t seem to get much in return.

They are literally struggling for their lives with our trash. Any actaully money is taken from the interest earned by the frozen funds of Vlad. Your lack of knowledge in regards to US aid military aide packages to Ukraine is very evident. Please look into what each package contains and not the dollar amount affixed to it. I can say i threw out $300 last month because my old couch cost that when i bought it or thats what i feel its worth if someone bought it. Since no one wants my ripped, stained and dog smelling couch its actually worthless. the aide packages are similar. ffs Im not mad Im disappointed. I thought you guys where better.
