The most affected areas at the moment are Valencia and Malaga, in Valencia the Water has torn away bridges and centuries-old stone houses, many people are being searched, especially from the towns in the rural areas near Rivers, thousands of vehicles and garbage hinder the rescue by road etc. The storm moves to my area Barcelona and other places.
