I have a small Company 50 employees.
90% of which are time served skilled labour.
Wages are our biggest out lay.
We manufacture high end metalwork for the construction industry
EVERY TIME minimum wages go up for people for what ever reason have not spent 3 to 5 years on low wages to learn a trade/skill
Put their wages nearer to skilled wages making skilled employees wondering why they bothered learning a trade. This leaves employees with a difficult decision to have to increase skilled wages to avoid disgruntled and rightly so, skilled employees and office workers, add the increase in Ni to the increase cost and this has devastating financial impact.
Not to mention the £300,000 I have sat on a retention register that should be in our bank that previous governments have promised to sort for years.
Also our Electricity and heating bills.

People and companies will be looking at ways to trim costs and people could find themselves, instead of being better off, without a job at all. They did this is California increasing the minimum wage to $20 an hour for fast-food workers, Since then, tens of thousands have been sacked.
Why is this "show" still called "Farage" if he only turns up once a week ??? Why not swap places with Jacob if he apparently has to vote all the time … Jacob is no longer an MP so could take over the 7PM slot !!!
