We are being 'gas-lighted', this is just a bat- bonkers crazy idea, and it's just gone too far! The biggest energy saving/carbon reduction ideas are obvious, reduce usage by more efficient appliances, and thermal insulation of buildings – to name 2 things. I think I reduced my lighting bill by 80% when I changed all my bulbs to LEDs, cut my cooking bill in half by buying an air fryer, but any savings I made were wiped out by energy prices more than doubling!

Then look at the AHDB where we export 300,000 tonnes of milk and milk products to europe between April and June 2024 and europe exports to us 300,087 tonnes of milk and milk products.
