Dawn has been maintaining its values and traditions by highlighting issues surrounding human wellbeing، intellectual enlightenment، inquiry and awareness.
It's true the issue of climate change is enormous for it is global. One may not be contributing to climate degradation but he/she can't escape from falling as victim of wrong doing by someone / somewhere else. Climate change is a phenomenon both inherent as well as human triggered and goes beyond political boundaries of states.

In deed, your program would definitely access towards the policy makers. No. 1) would you please enquire what has happened to the stoppage of Plastic Bags. We were optimistic that there would be a real ban on plastic bags industries and may be replaced by some disposal shopper. 2). The lack of good governance while constructing a hotel, a housing society or commercial plazas on the brink or mid of River. For instance, hotels within the mid of river Swat, Kabul river and much more. 3). Also, when someone tries for PhD then he she should have some publication on that specific thematic area. Likewise, when a school college university level student try to enter any program then he she should have planted some plants. Same should be the case with all other areas. Good initiative.
Dear Zarar & Shehzad, give couple of episodes to give a scientific overview of evolution of climate to present day . This evolution dates back to over 3500 million years by most important for us is its evolution during last two million years more so since initial glacial period and include 4 interglacial periods. If you can give a perspective of this evolution, people will appreciate climate change in a better way . Call someone from Geological Survey of Pakistani, preferably a Quaternary Geologist

'Ven't you Sir seen Climate, Weather and Environmental Changed Policies at Gaza Cyriya and destruction of roads by plastic usage by its industerial productions etc? Infinite use of freshwater through flood irrigations instead of Irro technologies like drip irrigation practices and mulching practices Who has resilience at Micro and largely Macro levels.
Like Moinjodaro people presently we all too are intellectual encryptic corrupt without upgrading skilful education standard levels without entrepreneurs expansions for uplift of the country ecosys-landscapes. Spewing own anthropogenic incompetencies throughout the landscapes.

🇮🇳Floods are common in Pakistan and flooding is a blessing in disguises for begging for help . A country can buy 5 Th. generation fighters which will serve no purpose but can’t spend on building dams to control floods and irrigate .
🇮🇳Pakistan is all that a country shouldn’t be . India too has problems like Pakistan but the difference is in efforts
