The fossil fuel industry and other climate deniers don't care. it's a fake face they put on to fool people into thinking they're going to help the planet, they're just buying time so they won't have to deal with the problem.
The activist from Mexico seems confused about what the false solutions are. Too many people are trying to rope other issues into solving the climate crisis making it harder not easier to solve.
Make no mistake, if the COP meetings had ever succeeded the oil industry would now be on their back.
These meetings were a serious threat to them and discrediting them IS a major win for Fossil Fuels.
However, if we can find a different way to achieve the same goals they will, in the end, be confounded.
It may be a surprising idea, but the global north isn't going to escape climate change the way they have thought they will.
We are going to face a bunch of consequences we never saw coming.
Remember the more you have to lose, the bigger any losses are.
We have a LOT to lose, and we are already beginning to feel the bite.
My advice to you young people is to hit these companies where it hurts.
Find alternatives to Fossil Fuels in your own lives.
Every time you don't buy gas, or plastic, you strike a blow for civilization.
It may sound silly, but individual actions speak far louder than they want you to believe.
The only chance of getting anywhere is for each of us to make huge sacrifices in our life-styles as individuals. We can't expect anyone else to do it for us. Human nature being what it is condemns us to failure.
2025 is the year for action – let's go!

Everything is connected to everything, is connected to everything. Without equity in wealth and health, there will not be a safe climate future. The Owning Class is gearing up to stow away as much of the earth's wealth and resources as possible, and is dedicated to allowing the vast majority of us suffer the desperate, inhuman despair of the systematic collapse of our environments and our way of life. They are arming themselves with private militaries, they are buying out our governments, in my own country cities are evolving into dystopian limbs of the surveillance state. When peaceful revolution is made impossible, violent revolution is made inevitable.

Hydrogen engine can be used convert hydrogen into most types of work for zero carbon emissions.

Most people don't care about people in the future or that they not directly connected with. As long as they don't get touched, that's all they care.

It was not the hottest year! Keep up the lies. Look up the physics and you see the physics thermodynamics is grade school level. The floods are from removing the dams that used to protect the cities that were destroyed! But look up the tristate tornado in the US in 1925. Wind speeds were 300 mph! Moved locomotives through the air! We have people and another stupid religion! The oil companies own wind and solar stupid fools!
