This is what happens when your government plugs their ears and goes "la la la la!" whenever someone brings up climate change, for decades.
The morons won’t believe until it affects them and then they will expect all the help in the world! So they think shit just lasts forever or that we have an endless supply of everything! Like anything you care about, you have to take of it and we have not been doing that!!
The reason why California is completely unprepared for this fire because they don’t care. Their electrical system has been wiring boxes from 1921. But California cares more about green energy so they don’t update the electrical grid. They also didn’t have any water in the fire hydrants. Because they wanted to protect the ocean. It’s ridiculous.
…Here in Spokane the places that have trouble with water pressure install water towers, our gaudy green and yellow Shadle water tower and all the others aren't just for show. Why don't California's Palisades and the like have water towers?

I wonder why each airplane in this country with the capability to scoop up lake and sea water aren’t deployed (or on standby) immediately when a fire first breaks out and not too smoky, and they do a one after the other bombing of the fire. I’m sure I’m completely oversimplifying this!

We didn’t elect people who will handle it. They are mostly climate change deniers who are subsidizing the oil industry.
The IPCC and world fire data that is used certainly doesn’t say fires are increasing.
Only in fantasy land does any impact of climate change other than a slight increase in temperatures, get worse.
