I worked in BRO and know north sikkim is most sensitive due to climatic change , the snow lake burst in higher range of lachen due high temperature resulted to melting of glacier and massive flood and landslide is common in sikkim since so many year however its intensity keep on increasing day by day . Govt should stop dam construction in Tista river immediately otherwise nature will pay back you ruining all the expenditure , money should be spent on education and health sector . same principle applicable in Uttarakhand , Himachal hilly state
