Mr Sam has said it all. The governor didn't handle the situation well. He's the head of the state, and as the head of the state, he would have done everything to embrace peace. His utterances sometimes aren't good as a governor of the state. Anyway, I rest my case.
It's a lie, he never exhausted anything, it's a game playing to still overrule rivers state vote for his personal ambition for 2027 even when he hasn't done anything reasonable to the nation at large than taxing to the bone. There's a long thing to this stupid act and he is thinking people are ignorant of rather choose the part of peace, which his dog called wike pretending to be evangelising but destabilising the governance in the state to enable them installed machinery in the name of governor against the stupid ambition. And God will never allow it to come to pass in Jesus name.

As much I don't like how wike behave, too arrogance and trouble maker, but Fubara mess up big time. He demolished the Rivers State House of Assembly to MUTE the House.
He presented State Budget to mere 4 members of the State House of Assembly while 27 members were undemocratically forced out.
He conducted LG election against court order and forced out the council’s incumbents whose tenure were rightfully elongated.
He removed a traditional ruler to spite his target on vindictive wild politics.
Mr President broke a truce accord of political solution – he accepted it but later tore it apart. Because he fail to use his brain to make peace but he decided to listen to his praises on social media, hungry lawyers on TV stations, some media houses like Arise TV etc., with all due respect some hungry elders in Rivers state. Those who fought wike against him to be the governor, now the same people supporting him to fight Wike. This is to show Governor Fubara not a politician.
Mr Governor executed reckless political tyranny with a calm look wearing the smile of impunity. He threatened democracy in brutal rape yet he had public sympathy.
The Supreme Court ruling rolled in and Mr Governor was EXPOSED; the odds built up against him. The many sins of Mr Governor were reviewed and the IMPEACHMENT notice was served on him.
The boys started blowing up oil pipelines in solidarity and warning shots. The nation’s prime asset and interest are threatened.
Mr President rose to DEFEND the nation – STATE of EMERGENCY slammed!!!!!
Why should the President wait for full blown ANARCHY before showing the colour of the HAMMER? The nation’s interest is SUPREME!

You can see from the president's action today that the blowing up of some oil pipelines in Rivers was merely to usher in the predetermined state of emergency declaration.
Partial democracy at play. However, from the state of emergency action against the governor, I deduce that the president is test running what we're to see in the 2027 presidential election. Results collation would be suspended and later, declaration of result will be made and he'll be returned elected.
This state of emergency declaration is a prelude to the fiat that could characterize declaration of the result of presidential election of 2027. This is a quasi military dictatorship in a democracy.
And as a seasoned analyst, what I see in the Rivers State of Emergency declaration is to give the President some time to broker another deal between Wike & Fubara and give the governor sterner conditions to come back to his position as governor after six months.
Fubara shall come back as governor, but that'll be strictly on observance of some terms and condition as prescribed by the President. When Fubara comes back by September, temporary calm shall return in Rivers. The rampaging Wike's assembly members now on suspension shall work with the Governor pending 2027.
The Governor will finish his first term, but the Governor mightn't be recontesting. Part of the truce with Tinubu shall be that he should forget about second tenure.
But state of emergency is not needed where thousands of people have died such as in the South East, and in the North East? Shame on double standard and high handedness. They can never deceive Nigerians. This is a well planned wickedness.
Right from the beginning of this Rivers State issue, the president has been one sided. How can FCT minister appoint all the commissioners, including the ADC for the governor and the President never saw anything wrong. Something he will never tolerate and never tolerate as governor. Who is deceive who?
Military trucks are in the whole North state since 2012 yet there was still killings over there
The army trucks are in Anambra state and imo state even Anambra state yet there was no peace there
