We need to look at real data on climate change

It’s natural to worry about climate change. If I only read the media, I’d be terrified too. That’s why we need to look at real data.

Take the number of people dying from climate-related disasters. You might think it’s going up, right? Not at all! Over the past 100 years, climate-related deaths have dropped by 98%—from around half a million per year to fewer than 10,000.

Wealthier societies are much better at handling climate change than poorer ones.
