Here in North Dakotak USA they just banned cloud seeding in the western side…thus admitting the awareness that it was going on and also attributing the drought conditions that brought on the fires we saw last year that devastated parts of North Dakota, Montana, Idaho and the Yellowstone Paark region. It's time we all stood up and voiced our concerns about this "playing God" by the powers that be.
