This is fine. Its Just a single state.
At first I was happy that the permafrost melting would mess up Russia for Putin’s war, but it’s going on in Alaska too. There will be an upsurge in global warming because it liberates methane. Polar bears will have it rough.
Alaska is a frozen tundra without much land to be livable for humans. You arent addressing this fact as far as an issue for population growth.
It has almost nobody anyways though, plus essentially none of the benefits of Alaska come from population.
give back to Russia.
Coastal erosion is not to be confused with climate change. Climate change is not the biggest factor of population collapse in Alaska, it’s environmental red tape that is killing economy and this is why people move out of the state!
When and where infrastructure i has not failed? Alaska has plenty of oil just allow the companies to drill.
