To create an artificial global cooling as in the dark ages, so that the crops fail, there will be trauma, famine and plagues?

Our current government has lost the plot when it comes to looking after people's interests. Look up and wonder how these planes can turn on and off the persistent "condensation" trails… Please just watch the "condensation" not dissappear like it should but instead being to form blanketing cloud formations.
