True. Many coastal provinces in this country are in a fragile situation. Do their officials care? Some of their "sons/daughters" are even elected or placed in important positions in government, what are they doing about it? It is up to them to answer.
Whoever prepared this video knows little about the people of this country. We may have inept and corrupt leaders who deify imperialists but the people of this country have seen more natural disasters than you think. I am from Bicol and i grew up seeing some five very strong typhoons every year. But everytime, we always stand up and move on and never give up even to videos like this.
