  1. IF ANYONE IS ALIVE IN SEASON 6 FOOT DIFFERENCE… LET ME KNOW! BECAUSE I'M PRETTY SURE NO ONE ON EARTH IS GOING TO BE A LAB TO WITNESS ANY OF THIS. THAT'S HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE

  2. Fear mongering. Even if the poles reverse, which they do, the Earth’s rotation is not affected. However, the magnetic field will weaken for a short time allowing increased cosmic radiation to reach the earths surface. This could be an issue. It would certainly affect electronics of all kinds. More consequently our DNA strands break down when exposed to radiation.

  3. He's wrong about the US would be in the Southern Hemisphere, its just the magnetic field moving (which it has all along) not the entire planet flipping upside down:

If Earth's magnetic field flips — meaning the magnetic north and south poles reverse — Australia would still remain exactly where it is geographically. It would not move to the Northern Hemisphere or change hemispheres in any physical or geographical sense.

    Here's a breakdown:

Geographic hemispheres (Northern and Southern Hemispheres) are defined by Earth's equator, which is a fixed geographic feature based on Earth's rotation.

Magnetic poles, however, are defined by Earth's magnetic field, which is generated by movements in the molten iron core. These poles do flip irregularly over geological time (called a geomagnetic reversal).

During a magnetic pole flip, the magnetic field weakens and reorganizes, and eventually, what was magnetic north becomes magnetic south, and vice versa.

    So in a magnetic reversal:

A compass that once pointed north would now point south.

Australia would end up in the magnetic Northern Hemisphere (since magnetic north is now south), but it would still be in the geographic Southern Hemisphere.

  4. The magnetic poles shifting is wildly different from the axis of rotation shifting.
The magnetic poles are a virtual location created by electromagnetic interaction, while the axis of rotation is maintained by the inertia of an entire rotating planet.

  5. This is so dumb lol. I could make a 3D model right now that “says I have 5 buttcheeks”. Hopefully the world doesn’t spin any faster than 666k miles they say it does now, wake up u shmucks.

  6. Planet is Roman and means, WANDERING STAR. If anyone is even going to attempt to make a real argument based on reality, they should first start by understand words and the use the right ones, f*cks sake. When people repeat this crap all it does is slow down any chance of people getting a grip and make the sea people laugh at us lol.

  7. This is not “incredible” haha, theres no spinning, no axis, blah blah, lay off the drugs and LOOK AT WHAT IS PROVABLE, OBSERVABLE RIGHT NOW. THEY SPRAY THE DAYLIGHTS 365 days a year above our heads with heavy metals, YOU CAN LOOK UP AND SEE IT. LOOK AT SATELLITE VIEW AND THERE IS ZERO PART OF OUR KNOWN WORLD THEY LEAVE UNSPRAYED DAILY. PERHAPS THAT MIGHT HAVE AN EFFECT ON TEMPERATURE. I CANT TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!!

  8. lol, are you joking… the earth’s rotation is extremely stable because of our large moon. The seasons have been largely unchanged for thousands of years since the ice age. The magnetic poles do not affect the axial tilt, they only affect the shape of the magnetic field. The pole shifting is not nothing to worry about, but it shouldn’t cause major ecological damage. It can cause disruptions in satellite communications like a solar storm

  9. The plant will not change it's rotation, but magnetic field shields us from all the radiation from space, so when it flips we are going to see a lot more cancers popping up, and possibly new species.

  10. I though this would be about the magnetic poles shifting and not about the actual poles. I was right then. Magnetic poles flipping is not as cataclysmic as actual pole shift would be.
