Humanitarian aid is being delivered to communities affected by heavy rainfall across parts of the Western Cape.
Hundreds of people in especially low-lying informal areas have spent a cold and miserable night as stormwater flooded roads and settlemenrs.
In Saldanha on the West Coast, numerous settlements have been submerged.
