The amount of income that could be made is changing each time I open Youtube. At first, I saw 7LPM, then 70, now 40.😂😂
this iitian is bluffying …50l to 1 cr for an app dev ….then what about recurring expenses , an app is juxt an application , the real USP is the service it renders , if he beleives this (in this AI age)strongly let hm ping me we'll discuss and depending on the scale i can make it for much lesser , all i would do is knowing the nuances of dev i'll simply deploy people to develop it ….Freelancers
Ganesh I have a suggestion for you , see on a day to day basis a person who wants to grow business consumes a lot of content and a lot of good things get lost in the process . So can try to make a summery with a very very good content writer and you can either sell it or just offer it for free . This was a really good podcast but i certainly know that I will forget about the rice framework when needed . I hope so that this suggestion might be helpful
Thank you ganesh for bringing them ❤
He (so called first founder) is constantly breaking the other one’s conversation.
Guys, improve coordination and communication.
Good job !
Got it 🙌🏻
Great techie guys, knows what they're doing though I've serious reservations about one of their Co-Founders fortunately who wasn't in the podcast today as I would have immediately stopped it. Yes it's important to have a cashflow but maybe too early for them to focus n monetization as subscription model is limiting their growth. Loneliness is a serious issue in multiple age groups, globally and if the just focus on this with a better UI/UX they have huge potential to monetize outside India. An open source model aka a marketplace could be a much better business model as they already have validation, traffic, product, passion etc. but PURPOSE isn't so clear!

A well-known example of how a creator can become the face of a brand, leading to its potential collapse without them, is Patanjali. Baba Ramdev has been the face of the brand since its inception, and people began trusting it largely because of his name and reputation.
Finest and one of the most enriching podcasts! Thank you for this.
Clearly visible how deeply these guys read about product, a lot to learn from them, amazing podcast!

These problems are never ending and seems to be on rise again.
There have been no confirmed reports of the U.S. arresting an Indian RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) agent recently, but if such an event were to occur, it could be seen as part of a larger strategic message from the Biden administration to India. The context you are referring to touches on several critical geopolitical dynamics: the U.S.-India relationship, U.S. support for Canada amidst the diplomatic tensions between India and Canada, and the broader international scene, including BRICS.
Hypothetical Scenario and its Implications:
If an Indian RAW agent were arrested by the U.S., it could be interpreted as a diplomatic signal or pressure tactic against India, especially in light of current global developments. Such a move might not only be a way to caution India ahead of the 2024 U.S. presidential elections but also in relation to India’s role in global alliances like BRICS.
1. U.S. Elections and Indian Business Support:
The upcoming U.S. elections are highly competitive, with President Joe Biden seeking re-election while former President Donald Trump remains a major contender. Historically, Indian-American businessmen and members of the diaspora have contributed to U.S. political campaigns. If Biden is not receiving adequate financial or political support from these business circles, and instead, this support is being directed toward Trump, Biden's administration could feel the need to assert pressure on India in various ways.
Possible Message from the Biden Administration:
On Funding and Support: “If Indian businessmen continue to fund Trump’s campaign rather than supporting Biden, there could be repercussions in the form of strained diplomatic relations or economic policies less favorable to India.”
On Diplomatic Pressure: Arresting an Indian agent could be a symbolic move, suggesting that the U.S. is willing to take strong actions if India does not realign itself with Biden’s political interests.
On International Support: The U.S. might threaten to limit or withhold international backing for India on issues like trade, defense cooperation, or diplomatic support in multilateral forums.
2. U.S. Support for Canada Amidst India-Canada Tensions:
There is speculation that the U.S. might be keeping the Khalistan issue alive as a strategic tool to use against India in the future. If India were to grow closer to China and Russia, especially through alliances like BRICS, the U.S. could potentially leverage the Khalistan movement as a way to exert pressure on India. By keeping the issue unresolved, the U.S. might aim to destabilize India internally or weaken its global standing if India does not align with U.S. interests, particularly in geopolitical matters involving Russia or China.
The recent diplomatic fallout between India and Canada—sparked by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s accusations linking India to the killing of a Sikh separatist—has put pressure on the U.S. to take sides. While the U.S. has maintained a cautious stance, it has shown subtle support for Canada by urging India to cooperate in the investigation.
If the U.S. is increasing its support for Canada while simultaneously taking action against Indian interests, such as the hypothetical arrest of an Indian RAW agent, this could be a signal to Prime Minister Modi that India should align more closely with U.S. expectations, both politically and financially.
3. BRICS Summit and Russia’s Role:
India’s increasing engagement with BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) and its participation in the upcoming BRICS summit in Russia further complicates the geopolitical dynamics. BRICS is often viewed as a counterbalance to Western-dominated institutions like the G7. The U.S. may view India’s deepening ties with Russia and China through BRICS as contrary to its own strategic interests, especially in the context of the Ukraine conflict, where India has maintained a neutral stance.
Message Regarding BRICS:
The U.S. could be signaling to India that its growing involvement in BRICS, particularly in partnership with Russia and China, might result in strained relations with the West. This pressure could be a way to ensure that India remains strategically aligned with U.S. interests rather than moving too close to Russia or the China-led bloc.
4. Pressure on India – The Bigger Picture:
The combination of these factors—funding concerns in the U.S. elections, India-Canada tensions, and India’s role in BRICS—could be prompting the Biden administration to increase pressure on India. The hypothetical arrest of a RAW agent, symbolic gestures like supporting Canada, or other diplomatic moves might be part of a broader strategy to signal that India needs to reconsider its stance in both U.S. elections and global alliances.
Why does it feel that Harshil always interrupts Aayush when he speaks.

Love the way how the host questions, listens to them and then summarize it; from then organically directing to next topic. He kept noting which in turn acts a nudge for the guests to give more clarity. In the end summarized everything. This is something all other podcasts miss or doesn't do diligently. Great work Think School.
I think you guys deserve a big treat from audience..working so amazing👌

Whatever they are talking about is taught in a product management course. At 39:00, you asked where you can learn all these things. You can choose any product management course or book, which will teach you everything.
Every bit of this podcast is valuable, and I cannot stress enough the amount of information I am gaining from it. These guys are sharing incredibly insightful data and their experience of taking an app from the zero-to-one journey.
AARRR, also known as Pirate Metrics, is crucial for the success of a product. By adding another 'A' to these metrics, we get AAARRR (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). Essentially, you need to optimize your app at each stage to create a successful or viral product.
At 1:03:00, he discusses TMF, which actually refers to the Awareness stage in the funnel. The more educated and aware your users are, the easier it becomes to acquire customers.
Currently, they are optimizing the Awareness stage by spreading information across various channels. This podcast is an excellent way to create mass awareness about their product or industry.
Now we know why Ayush sir got promoted to Co-founder, it was just amazing 🤩

Useful podcast! But the frequency of ads coming in during the pod is really annoying – I mean an ad every 5-7 minutes of listening in is a big red flag not to come back to this channel
